Xdinary Heroes will release their ninth mini album, IMPULSE, on October 12, 2026 at 6 p.m. KST, which is 6 a.m. in Brasília time. JYP Entertainment opened the comeback cycle on September 21 with a mood film and, hours later, published the official comeback poster and scheduler. At this point, those are the materials already released; the tracklist, song details, and other content are still following the promotional calendar.
To follow the comeback without mixing announcements with speculation, the best starting point is the official IMPULSE scheduler. JYP's page identifies the project as the group's ninth mini album and keeps October 12 at 6 p.m. KST as the release time.

What JYP has already confirmed about IMPULSE
As of September 21, the clearest confirmation is the initial announcement package. The mood film was published first, followed by the comeback poster and the scheduler. JYP also officially presents IMPULSE as Xdinary Heroes' ninth mini album.
The mood film introduces the word Desire as a conceptual anchor. Outlets covering the announcement describe the video as combining calmer tones with a rough visual texture, while the poster uses the IMPULSE name in an artistic typographic treatment. Those elements help indicate the visual direction of the era, but they do not replace musical information that has not yet been released.
What is not confirmed yet
On the date of this guide, the tracklist is still scheduled for September 22. It is therefore not safe to state how many songs the mini album will contain, which song will be the title track, which songwriting credits will be attached to each track, or the project's total running time before the corresponding material is published.
The same applies to details that may appear in later teasers. The scheduler confirms teaser images, an instrumental live sampler, a highlight sampler, video content, and two M/V teasers, but the specific content of each stage only becomes confirmed fact when JYP publishes it.
How to follow updates without losing context
The safest route is to use the official Xdinary Heroes notice board as the primary reference. It gathers promotional materials published by JYP and makes it possible to check whether a teaser listed in the scheduler was actually released, changed time, or added new information.
As a secondary reference, Soompi's coverage recorded the initial announcement and the update with the scheduler and comeback poster. For anyone following the campaign from the start, the practical rule is simple: the scheduler shows what is planned; official posts show what has actually been confirmed and published.
