BTS in São Paulo 2026: sections, prices, times and what to check now that the shows are sold out

A practical guide to BTS's three MorumBIS shows: dates, times, official prices, sections, Soundcheck VIP, age policy, digital tickets and details to recheck closer to the event.

BTS has three São Paulo shows scheduled for October 28, 30 and 31, 2026 at Estádio do MorumBIS. For all three dates, gates are listed to open at 4:00 p.m. and the show is scheduled for 8:00 p.m.. As of September 13, 2026, Ticketmaster's official tour page lists all three São Paulo dates as sold out. The prices below should therefore be read as the official face-value reference, not as a promise of current availability.

This guide brings together what Ticketmaster has already confirmed and separates it from details that still need to be checked again closer to the event. It does not speculate about the setlist, show length or unannounced production changes.

The venue is Estádio do MorumBIS, Praça Roberto Gomes Pedrosa, 1, Morumbi, São Paulo. For any update, the safest references remain Ticketmaster's BTS general information page and the official tour page.

Official ticket prices by section

Ticketmaster published the following table for São Paulo. Its general information page states a 20% service fee for online purchases, while the official box office was announced without the service fee. Since the main sale is shown as sold out, do not treat these amounts as a guaranteed price for any offer found outside the official purchase flow.

SectionFull priceHalf-price ticket
ArquibancadaR$ 680.00R$ 340.00
Cadeira SuperiorR$ 980.00R$ 490.00
Cadeira InferiorR$ 1,080.00R$ 540.00
PistaR$ 1,250.00R$ 625.00
Soundcheck VIP PackageR$ 4,303.00R$ 3,678.00

The regular-sale limit was up to four tickets per date per CPF, with no more than two half-price tickets. General sales began on April 10, 2026. These details are useful when checking whether information shared by a third party actually matches the original official conditions.

What changes from one section to another

The official information confirms five main options: Arquibancada, Cadeira Superior, Cadeira Inferior, Pista and the Soundcheck VIP Package. The choice should not be based on the section name alone. Before any valid purchase or arrival plan, check the current official seating/sector map, the gate shown on the ticket and any instructions for your specific entrance.

  • Arquibancada: the lowest-priced regular ticket in the official table.
  • Cadeira Superior: a mid-price tier between Arquibancada and Cadeira Inferior.
  • Cadeira Inferior: priced above Cadeira Superior and below Pista.
  • Pista: the highest-priced non-VIP regular section listed.
  • Soundcheck VIP Package: combines a Pista ticket with additional services; it is not simply another seating section.

Ticketmaster also published capacities by section on the sales pages, but capacity is not the same as current availability and does not, by itself, determine sightline quality. Use the official map and instructions for the specific date rather than assuming more than the source confirms.

Soundcheck VIP: what is included and what needs attention

The Soundcheck VIP Package was listed at R$ 4,303.00 full price and R$ 3,678.00 with the half-price benefit applied to the ticket portion. Ticketmaster describes the package as including early venue entry, one Pista ticket, access to the BTS pre-show soundcheck, an exclusive VIP gift, VIP credential and lanyard, an opportunity to shop tour merchandise before the show, and dedicated VIP check-in/support.

Two rules are particularly important. First, Ticketmaster states that VIP package tickets are non-transferable. Second, the VIP check-in location and time will be sent by email. If those instructions are not received by 24 hours before the show, buyers should use the contact channel listed on the official event page.

Age policy and minors

The published age rating for the regular shows is 16. Ticketmaster states that children and teenagers from age 5 through 15 may only enter with their parents or legal guardians. The page also notes that the rating is subject to change by court decision.

If you are attending with a minor, do not check only the age rule at the time of purchase. Closer to the event, verify the rule again, the documents required to prove the relationship with the guardian, and any update issued by Ticketmaster or the promoter.

Half-price tickets and accessibility

Ticketmaster announced half-price categories across all sections, subject to applicable rules and availability. For people with disabilities, the general page says PCD half-price tickets are offered in all sections but identifies Pista as the accessible section according to the fixed venue structure communicated for the event.

If your ticket involves a half-price category, PCD access or a companion, confirm the accepted documentation and make sure the ticket was issued in the correct category before the event. Do not assume the benefit can simply be corrected at the entrance.

Digital tickets, Quentro and transfers

Tickets purchased online are digital. Ticketmaster directs fans to the Quentro app to store and present the QR code at entry. Its support pages also explain that, for some events, linking a ticket to the app may only become available closer to the event date. See Ticketmaster's official Quentro guide.

For transfers, Ticketmaster's general rule says the feature only exists if the promoter allows it and may be available from 30 to 7 days before the event. The BTS-specific page says that, if permitted, transfer functionality will be enabled 30 days before the show. On September 13, 2026, that 30-day window had not yet begun for October 28, 30 or 31. Do not treat a promise of a future transfer as guaranteed until the official option actually appears in the account. See Ticketmaster's official transfer guidance.

Another important point: Ticketmaster says digital tickets must be presented in the app and that it does not operate a ticket-resale tool. A QR-code screenshot, ticket image or promise to send the ticket later is not a substitute for validation through the official flow. Ticketmaster's support material also warns that tickets identified in illegal resale may be cancelled. See its digital-ticket FAQ.

This distinction helps avoid two common mistakes: planning a trip around operational details that have not yet been published, and treating old information as official after it has been replaced.

Checklist before buying, receiving or using a ticket

  • Confirm whether the ticket is for October 28, 30 or 31, 2026.
  • Compare the section and price with the official table to spot inconsistencies.
  • Remember that the main sale is marked sold out; be cautious with artificial urgency and pages that imitate Ticketmaster.
  • For half-price tickets, confirm the category, documentation and beneficiary before the event.
  • For VIP, remember that the package was announced as non-transferable and has separate check-in instructions.
  • For digital tickets, use Quentro and rely on transfer only once the official feature is enabled.
  • Do not treat a QR-code image or screenshot as sufficient proof of validity.
  • Recheck the age policy, gate, venue rules and arrival instructions in the days before the show.

Bottom line

For BTS's three MorumBIS shows, the core information is settled: October 28, 30 and 31; gates at 4:00 p.m.; show at 8:00 p.m.; five main ticket tiers in the official table; and an age rating of 16 on the regular event pages. The key update for anyone researching the shows now is that Ticketmaster lists all three dates as sold out. If you already have a ticket, focus on Quentro, ticket category, documents, access and any VIP instructions. If you are still looking for a ticket, prioritize avoiding unofficial shortcuts and verify every step through official channels before paying.
