How the September 21 presale and September 22 general sale work
The first sales window is officially identified as the Fan Club Presale. It begins at 10:00 a.m. on September 21 and ends at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, or earlier if the allocation for that stage sells out. The general sale begins two hours later, at noon on September 22.
Online purchases will be handled through Ticketmaster Brazil. Anyone planning to buy as soon as a sales window opens should sign in ahead of time, review account details and have a payment method ready. The official page sets a limit of four tickets per CPF, with no more than two half-price tickets.
Ticketmaster lists a 20% service fee for online purchases. Payment options include Pix in a single payment or credit card in up to six installments, with up to three interest-free. The listed official box office is Ticketmaster at Shopping Ibirapuera, Jurupis level, basement, where sales are advertised without a service fee. Because operating rules can change before sales open, buyers should recheck the event page when purchasing.
What are the sections and their capacities
| Section | Capacity | Listed half-price allocation |
|---|---|---|
| Floor | 2,550 people | 1,020 tickets |
| Mezzanine | 300 people | 120 tickets |
Together, the two sections add up to a listed capacity of 2,850 people. Ticketmaster explains that Brazil's half-price ticket quota is limited to 40% of capacity under Federal Law No. 12,933/2013. Senior citizens follow a separate legal rule and are not included in that quota limit.
Before sales open, the official page reviewed for this guide does not show a public price table in the event service information. It is therefore not reliable to state ticket prices in advance. Buyers should check the price shown for Floor or Mezzanine once the relevant sales stage is live.
Age rating: who can attend
The announced age rating is 16. Children and teenagers aged 15 or younger may enter and remain at the event only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Those aged 16 and older may enter and remain unaccompanied under the published rule. Ticketmaster notes that the rating is subject to change by court order.
VIP packages do not have published details yet
For fans looking for extra benefits, the official information is currently limited to one point: VIP package details will be announced soon. The page does not confirm benefits, prices, quantities or a separate sales window for those packages. Until an official update is posted, any list of VIP perks should be treated as unconfirmed.
Digital tickets, half-price eligibility and entry rules
Tickets bought online will be digital and, according to Ticketmaster, will become available in the Quentro app 30 days before the event. The organizer recommends installing the app before going to the box office or concert. Anyone using a half-price ticket must present valid proof both at purchase and at entry.
The page also states that each ticket allows a single entry. If a ticket holder leaves the venue after entering, the same ticket cannot be used for re-entry. People with disabilities and one companion are entitled to half-price tickets, and Ticketmaster recommends buying both tickets in the same order to make it easier to stay together in the same section.

- Have your account, CPF and payment method ready so you do not lose time when the queue opens.
- If buying a half-price ticket, prepare the required proof of eligibility.
- Do not rely on VIP benefits until Ticketmaster publishes the official terms.
- Before completing the order, review the service fee, ticket quantity and digital ticket rules.
The service details in this guide were checked against the official Ticketmaster page for Freya Skye: Stars Align Tour. Because the event is still approaching its sales launch, times, rules and availability should be checked again on the official channel before purchase.
