Doce Maravilha 2026 starts Friday: choose the day for exclusive meetings and confirmed times

Sweet Wonder 2026 starts on August 7th. Compare Friday, Saturday and Sunday for exclusive meetings, times and ticket availability.

Matriz comparativa da programação do Doce Maravilha 2026 com os dias, encontros musicais, horários principais e motivos para escolher cada data.

Doce Maravilha 2026 starts this Friday, August 7th, and continues until Sunday, the 9th, at the Jockey Club Brasileiro, in Gávea. To choose the day, it's not enough to look at the biggest names: each date brings together meetings and projects prepared especially for the festival, with very different proposals.

Friday is the most direct option for those looking for rock and emo from the 1990s and 2000s. Saturday brings together MPB, samba, rap and Afro-Brazilian music in intergenerational meetings. Sunday combines celebrations of records, forró, rock, MPB and the meeting of Caetano Veloso with Emicida. This update was checked on August 6, 2026, at 12:10 pm, Brasília time.

Which day of Doce Maravilha 2026 to choose?

Day Programming profile Meetings and projects that make your choice Decisive times
Friday, August 7th Rock, emo and 2000s nostalgia Dibob with guests; Raimundos with Thiago Castanho and Marcão Britto; Fresno with New Orchestra DJ at 5pm; Dibob at 6:25 pm; Raimundos at 7:35 pm; Fresno at 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 8th MPB, samba, rap and Afro-Brazilian connections Afro Procession with Luedji Luna and Margareth Menezes; Leci Brandão with Rappin’ Hood; Paulinho da Viola with Maria Bethânia First attraction at 2:35 pm; Afro Procession at 4:50 pm; Paulinho and Bethânia at 7pm; Silva's Block at 8:50 pm
Sunday, August 9th Striking albums, meetings of generations and a greater variety of styles Fenders playing Wild?; Sandra Sá celebrating the 1986 album; Caetano Veloso with Emicida First attraction at 2:35 pm; Sandra Sá at 5:55 pm; Paralamas at 7pm; Caetano and Emicida at 8:50 pm

The times above appear in the most recent schedule released for the festival. Visit Rio also presents most of these combinations as exclusive to Doce Maravilha, as they are not part of the regular tours of the artists involved.

When checked this Thursday, a publication on the official profile indicated Saturday and passport tickets sold out, keeping Friday and Sunday as the remaining options. As stock may change with returns or additional batches, final confirmation must be made directly on the Ingresse purchase screen.

Three paths to choose without depending solely on the headliner

1. Choose Friday for a short night focused on rock

Noite Doce takes place entirely on Palco Bradesco, without the need to set up routes between different stages. The first set is scheduled for 5pm, but the band shows start at 6:25pm, with Dibob celebrating 25 years alongside Danilo Cutrim, Vitor Isensee, Diego Miranda and Dedé Teicher.

At 7:35 pm, Raimundos welcomes Thiago Castanho and Marcão Britto, members linked to the trajectory of Charlie Brown Jr. The closing ceremony is with Fresno, at 9 pm, presenting the ten years of A Sinfonia de Tudo que Há with the Nova Orchestra. It's the most coherent day for those who prefer a themed program and want to avoid the weekend's stage conflicts.

2. Choose Saturday for the sequence of intergenerational meetings

For those who have already secured a ticket, Saturday offers the strongest concentration of meetings between different generations and traditions of Brazilian music.

Cortejo Afro welcomes Luedji Luna and Margareth Menezes at 4:50 pm. At 5:55 pm, Leci Brandão and Rappin’ Hood occupy the Palco Bradesco while the Mango DJ Set takes place on the Corona Stage, creating one of the few relevant conflicts on the schedule. At 7pm, Paulinho da Viola welcomes Maria Bethânia, a meeting that serves as the main decision point of the day. Bloco do Silva closes the Corona Stage at 8:50 pm.

3. Choose Sunday for the variety and celebrated records

Among the dates that still appeared with sales available when checking, Sunday offers the broadest combination of styles. The program includes Nova Orquestra, Academia da Berlinda, Falamansa, Sandra Sá, Os Paralamas do Sucesso and ends with Caetano Veloso inviting Emicida.

The main conflict takes place at 5:55 pm: Sandra Sá celebrates the 40th anniversary of the album Sandra Sá, from 1986, on Palco Bradesco, while TropiCals performs on Palco Corona. After that, the simplest route is to stay at Corona to see Paralamas perform Selvagem? in full, at 7pm, Nelson Motta and Lou Cascudo's set, at 8:15pm, and Caetano with Emicida, at 8:50pm.

Pay attention to opening times on Friday

The most recent schedule marks the first set and the opening of the gates at 5pm, with public entry allowed until 9:15pm. Riotur and a previous version of Visit Rio still indicated 6pm for Friday's opening, but this time would conflict with DJ Julia Barros' set scheduled for 5pm.

To avoid missing the start of the program, the safest plan is to consider 5pm as the opening time and check the official channels again before traveling. On Saturday and Sunday, the doors open at 2pm, the first shows start at 2:35pm and the published entry deadline is 8:30pm.

  • Passport for Saturday and Sunday: R$ 515.97.

The passport does not include Friday's Sweet Night. The official publication consulted indicated Saturday and passports were sold out. Price, lot, fees and availability must be rechecked at checkout, which prevails over previously published values.

With the schedule defined, the decision can be summarized as follows: Friday for rock and a program without moving between stages; Saturday for meetings between Paulinho da Viola with Maria Bethânia and Cortejo Afro with Luedji Luna and Margareth Menezes; Sunday for the greatest variety among the remaining options, with Paralamas, Sandra Sá, Caetano and Emicida.
