In practice, the disclosure points out that the public can access the general area of the eight free shows without purchasing the premium tickets announced by the platform. This does not mean, however, that all spaces or services within the enclosure are free.

City Hall informs that ExpoJahu will also have a rodeo, food court, amusement park and animal exhibition, but the June 23 statement does not detail prices, free fees or specific conditions for these attractions. Therefore, the classification “free entry” must be understood as a reference to the advertised entry to the show and not as a guarantee of free food, toys, parking or any other service offered at the venue.

VIP area and box can be paid for in a free show

Yes. ExpoJahu's main sales page offered, in the consultation on August 5th, VIP area and corporate box on seven of the eight nights announced as free: August 7th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 15th and 16th. The same page also sold these sectors for Luan Santana's show, on August 13th.

On a separate page, the Wonderful Cabin appeared for sale on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th of August. The description presented by the platform classifies this box as forbidden to children under 18, including on nights when general admission is announced as free.

This creates three different situations:

• Free general admission: common access without purchasing a VIP Area or box.
• Premium sector paid for in a free night: the person only buys if they want the specific experience and location of that sector.
