DC at NYCC 2026: daily schedule, signings, digital queue and exclusives

A planning guide to DC at NYCC 2026, including panels, free limited signings, the digital queue, exclusives and details still pending.

DC's presence at New York Comic Con 2026 will be centered on Booth 4365 from October 8 through October 11 at the Javits Center in New York. The schedule combines five publishing panels, daily creator signings, launches and convention exclusives, fan activations, and one important operational change for anyone hoping to secure limited spots: DC will use digital queuing for selected booth activities, including DC Shop exclusives and talent signings. The key planning issue is that DC has not yet published all of the queue's operating details, such as the access channel, opening times, eligibility requirements, and check-in rules. That means part of any itinerary should remain flexible until final instructions appear in the official DC announcement.

What is already confirmed for DC at NYCC 2026

DC will be at Booth 4365 throughout the four-day convention. Next door, Booth 4657 will host a 360° cosplay photo installation. The main booth will cover comics, animation, games, merchandise, and fan experiences, with a design inspired by the 1950s. DC will also hand out a free facsimile of MAD Magazine #1 that includes programming information and a blank back cover designed for creator signatures.

The announced DC booth signings are free for NYCC attendees, but each session is limited to 100 people. DC says every listed signing will use its new digital queue. The times and names below were published by DC, but the signing schedule remains subject to change and final confirmation.

How DC's new digital queue works

DC has confirmed digital queuing for selected booth activities, including DC Shop exclusives and talent signings. For signings, the published limit is 100 attendees per session. The announcement specifically references the digital queue for meetings with teams such as Batman of Two Worlds, Absolute Batman creators, and Legion of Super-Heroes creators.

What has not been explained is just as important. As of September 17, DC had not said whether the queue will be accessed through an app, a web page, an on-site QR code, or another system. It also had not detailed when each queue opens, whether there will be an arrival window, what information will be required, or how spots will be validated. DC's official guidance is to watch its channels in the weeks before the show.

In practical terms, it is not safe to assume that arriving early at the booth will guarantee a signing. The more reliable approach is to treat the digital queue as a required step and check DC's published instructions before each convention day.

Exclusives and activations that may require planning

DC Shop will sell limited printings of foil covers, exclusive hardcovers, apparel, and collectibles while supplies last. Items already named include Lanterns replica rings, light-up power battery inspired keychains, and a limited-quantity Clayface in-universe band tour T-shirt. DC also says a complete merchandise list will be revealed later.

Other activations have their own times. The first Mattel DC Collector item is scheduled to be revealed at noon on Thursday, October 8. The DC Community team will be at the booth daily from 1 to 2 p.m. with giveaways for eligible official Discord members while supplies last. The 360° cosplay photo installation will be at Booth 4657 beside the main space.

How to organize the day without relying on a single attraction

  • Choose one main priority for each time block. Panels have fixed rooms and times, while signings depend on the digital queue and are capped at 100 people.
  • Monitor DC before the trip and again on the morning of the event. DC says the signing schedule can change and that digital queue details will be published later.
  • Avoid tight transitions. Saturday contains two panels and six signing sessions. The potential conflict between the end of Jim Lee & Friends and Jim Lee's listed signing time deserves particular attention.
  • Keep a backup option. If a digital queue reaches capacity, the booth still offers shopping, displays, giveaways, cosplay, and other activations.
  • Use NYCC's official channels for general logistics. The official NYCC planning guide includes the mobile app, accessibility, safety, cosplay rules, travel, and other practical Javits Center information.

What can still change before October 8

Three points remain open: the full digital queue rules, the final DC Shop merchandise list, and definitive confirmation of every signing. DC recommends following its official channels for updates. Anyone building a tightly timed itinerary should review those items close to the convention because they could change the best order for panels, shopping, and signings.

Based on what is confirmed so far, the most effective way to plan DC at NYCC 2026 is to combine fixed-time commitments, especially the five panels, with flexible blocks for shopping and signings. The digital queue is the central operational factor. It may reduce physical waiting, but it also makes spot availability and access instructions information that attendees need to monitor actively before and during the four-day convention.
