Anyone planning to attend Corinthians vs Fluminense on Sunday, September 20, 2026 needs to complete the purchase before arriving at Neo Química Arena. The Brasileirão round 28 match is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and Corinthians has set ticket sales as online only through the Fiel Torcedor platform. There will be no physical ticket office at the stadium.
There is also a requirement that changes both the purchase and entry process: facial biometrics must be registered before the system will release a ticket. Each CPF and each face can have only one ticket linked per match. Sales information, prices and priority windows were published in the official Neo Química Arena ticket guide, while the biometric procedure is explained in the Fiel Torcedor Help Center.

How to buy a ticket online
- Go to the official Fiel Torcedor website and sign in or complete your registration.
- Make sure your personal information is complete and your facial biometrics are already registered. Without biometrics, the system will not allow the purchase.
- In the logged in area, open the upcoming matches menu and select Corinthians vs Fluminense.
- Choose among the sections still available for your category or membership plan.
- Complete the purchase. The stated limit for this match is one ticket per CPF and registered face.
- After payment, check the e-ticket for name, CPF, section, block, seat, date and time. Under the Fiel Torcedor terms of use, the e-ticket is a purchase receipt and does not replace facial recognition at the turnstile.
The most important point for anyone trying to buy on September 18 or 19 is not to travel to the arena expecting an in-person sale. Fiel Torcedor is the purchasing channel, and live inventory must be checked directly on the platform.
Facial biometrics: what to do before buying
- Sign in to the Fiel Torcedor website.
- Go to Minha Conta, then Alterar Cadastro, then Biometria.
- Capture your photo using a phone or computer. The official guidance is to use a well lit environment and a neutral background.
- Complete the steps requested by the system and make sure the registration is complete before returning to the ticket page.
Facial registration is mandatory for everyone, regardless of age. The face must belong to the holder of the CPF used in the account, and another person's biometrics cannot be registered under your login. At the stadium, the turnstile uses facial recognition and checks whether that face has a valid ticket linked to it.
Which groups received priority and when general sales opened
Sales started in staggered windows on September 15 and reached the general public on September 17. The official schedule was:
| Date and time | Eligible group |
|---|---|
| Sep. 15, 11:00 a.m. | Non paying categories and people with disabilities. |
| Sep. 15, 12:00 p.m. | Check-in and parking for eligible Minha Cadeira plan holders in good standing. |
| Sep. 15, 2:00 p.m. | Fiel Torcedor members in good standing with at least 80 points, regardless of plan, plus eligible Meu Amor members. |
| Sep. 15, 4:00 p.m. | Fiel Torcedor members in good standing with at least 50 points. |
| Sep. 15, 6:00 p.m. | Fiel Torcedor members in good standing with at least 20 points. |
| Sep. 15, 8:00 p.m. | Fiel Torcedor members in good standing with at least 3 points. |
| Sep. 16, 12:00 p.m. | All other Fiel Torcedor members in good standing. |
| Sep. 17, 11:00 a.m. | General public, subject to availability. |
Because general sales have already opened, the key factor now is section availability. The public announcement does not provide live inventory, so availability must be confirmed in the purchasing environment.
Fiel Torcedor discounts announced for this match
For this game, Corinthians announced discounts of 25% to 56% for Minha Vida members. For Minha História and Meu Amor, the announced range is 36% to 39%. The percentages vary according to the plan rules and the sections available.
The club did not publish, in the general match announcement, a single table showing the final price for every plan and section combination. Members should therefore use the face value table as a reference and confirm the effective amount displayed at checkout.
How entry at Neo Química Arena will work
The ticket is personal and linked to the holder's CPF and face. Under the Fiel Torcedor terms of use, the e-ticket made available after purchase serves as proof of purchase and does not contain a QR Code that can replace facial recognition. Entry at the turnstile is released by identifying the registered face.
- Arrive early, as recommended by the club because of the facial biometric procedure.
- Before leaving home, confirm that your biometrics are active and the ticket is correctly linked to your account.
- Bring an official photo ID, especially if your ticket uses a category or benefit that requires proof.
- Check your section, block and seat on the purchase receipt.
- Inside the arena, the club recommends using contactless payment methods when possible.
What to check before trying to buy
To avoid losing time during the purchase, check three things first: your Fiel Torcedor account must be complete, facial biometrics must be registered, and your preferred section still needs to have inventory. Only then should you proceed to payment.
If you still need a ticket, the process is entirely digital. Register your biometrics, access Fiel Torcedor and check the inventory available for Corinthians vs Fluminense. Do not rely on a physical box office on Sunday.
