BGS also publishes the BGS Conference on October 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This appears separately from the event hours. Who can enter BGS on October 9?
October 9 is the day most likely to cause confusion. In the ticket benefits, BGS refers to October 9 as a “press-exclusive day.” The accreditation page also describes the first day as exclusive to press and business guests. At the same time, the official ticket page sells paid options that explicitly include October 9. So it would be inaccurate to assume that only journalists may enter.
For regular buyers, the ticket options that provide access on October 9 are:
- Premium Single-Day: lets you choose one day among October 9, 10, 11 or 12; to attend Friday, the ticket must be issued for October 9.
- Premium Pass: valid from October 9 through 12 and includes the first day.
- Business Pass: valid from October 9 through 12 and includes the first day, plus the business benefits published by the organizer.
- Box Seat Pass: valid from October 9 through 12 and includes the exclusive day.
In addition, BGS's accreditation page says approved credentials are valid for all event days, including the first one. The standard Single-Day Ticket, the standard Pass and the Single-Day Box Seat do not include October 9.

What “one-hour early access” means
Premium Single-Day, Premium Pass, Business Pass, Single-Day Box Seat and Box Seat Pass are listed with one-hour early access and an exclusive entrance line. The standard Single-Day Ticket and standard Pass do not show that benefit in the official list.
For travel planning, use the published hours for your date and recheck the organizer's latest communication close to the event. October 9 in particular has three different references that should not be mixed together: the BGS Conference schedule (11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.), the published event hours (1 p.m.–9 p.m.) and the early-entry benefit attached to premium/business/box-seat ticket types.
Which ticket fits each itinerary?

Getting to Anhembi without mixing travel time and opening time
The official location page says BGS will offer a free shuttle between Terminal Rodoviário Tietê (Rua Marechal Odylio Dennys, 138) and Distrito Anhembi. The organizer also lists Santana metro station as a reference about 2 km away and recommends Rua Professor Milton Rodrigues for taxi or ride-hailing pickup and drop-off. Those details help with the route, but the most important step is matching your ticket's selected date to your travel plan. A Sunday ticket will not get you in on Saturday; and the standard Pass, although valid for three days, starts on October 10 and does not include the restricted Friday.
