The immediate openings are one Auditor, one Engenheiro Civil and one Engenheiro Mecânico position. Before completing an application, salary should not be the only filter: the notice combines education requirements, weekly hours, fees, exam groups, different objective-test structures and additional assessment stages.
Applications remain open until 1:00 p.m. on October 9, 2026 through Instituto Objetiva. The same date is the deadline for paying the bank slip, during banking hours. Starting pay, referenced to August 2026, ranges from R$ 2.404,97 to R$ 9.780,90. The notice also lists a R$ 1.227,60 food allowance, plus other benefits that may apply under current legislation and collective agreements.
Start by eliminating jobs whose admission requirements you do not meet
Before comparing pay, check the required education, technical course, specialization, professional authorization and driver's license. When a driver's license is required, it must be valid and regular at admission, and a temporary driving permit does not replace the required license. For Agente de Fiscalização de Trânsito e Transporte, the notice also requires a traffic-agent training and update course after admission.
One update matters: Notice 01-A/2026 corrected the wording of the Analista de Sistemas education requirement and also clarified rules for the practical-professional exams. The matrix below therefore uses the updated opening notice.

CR means reserve list. The three jobs with immediate openings are Auditor, Engenheiro Civil and Engenheiro Mecânico, and each also has a reserve list. Weekly schedules range from 20 to 44 hours.
The exam group and the objective-test profile are not the same thing
Codes G01 to G04 define the job's exam group and scheduled objective-test date. G01 and G02 are scheduled for November 22, 2026; G03 and G04 for December 6, 2026. The notice allows multiple applications, one per group. Because two groups share each test date, anyone considering more than one paid application should check the November 6 call notice, which will publish the date, venue and time, and confirm whether the tests are actually compatible.
Profiles A, B, C and D below summarize the objective-test composition. This distinction matters because two jobs in the same group can use different subject mixes.

Every subject is eliminatory and classificatory. The objective test lasts up to four hours. So reaching the overall minimum is not enough: candidates must also reach the minimum required in each subject.
Which jobs continue beyond the objective test
For many jobs, the objective test is the only assessment stage. For others, the application decision should account for a second or final stage:
- Advogado and Engenheiro Civil: practical-professional exam.
- Agente de Fiscalização de Trânsito e Transporte: physical fitness test and, as the final stage, psychological assessment.
- Eletricista: physical fitness test and, as the final stage, practical exam.
- Agente de Apoio Operacional, Engenheiro Mecânico, Inspetor de Segurança Veicular, Pintor and Serralheiro: practical exam.
- Agente de Atendimento ao Público: psychological assessment.
- Auditor: professional-experience credential assessment, classificatory in nature, as the final stage.
The schedule sets January 31, 2027 for the psychological assessment, practical-professional exams and practical exams. Credential submission is scheduled for January 25 to 27, 2027. The notice states that the timetable is guidance and may change, with updates published through the official channels.
Checklist before completing and paying for an application
- Confirm the admission requirement. Check diploma, technical training, specialization, professional registration and driver's-license category when required.
- Compare weekly hours with pay. Jobs range from 20 to 44 hours per week, so starting pay should not be viewed in isolation.
- Check the objective-test profile. Profile C has no Specific Knowledge block; A, B and D give substantial weight to that area.
- Check additional stages. A practical exam, physical fitness test, psychological assessment, practical-professional exam or credentials stage changes the work required after the objective test.
- Review group, date and any second application. The notice permits one application per group, but compatibility also depends on the times published in the call notice.
- Confirm the fee before paying. Fees range from R$ 108,74 to R$ 211,44 depending on the job.
- Keep proof. Save the application confirmation and payment proof, and monitor the application approval notices.

In practical terms, a sound choice is where three filters converge: you fully meet the requirement, accept the workload and assessment stages, and can prepare the objective-test content within the calendar. Pay helps with comparison, but it does not replace those filters.
