Applications for the 2026 Technical-Administrative Education staff competition at the Instituto Federal do Amapá (IFAP), known as the TAE competition, are open from September 28 to October 29, 2026, exclusively through the institution's official selection system. Notice No. 02/2026 offers 23 immediate openings, with application fees of R$ 90.00 for level D positions and R$ 120.00 for level E positions. The fee may be paid until October 30, 2026.

The most important point for applicants is to use the official IFAP page as the reference throughout the entire process. The competition area brings together the application button, the list of positions and requirements, the opening notice, rectifications and results. Because IFAP has already published rectifications to Notice No. 02/2026, applicants should always read the most recent documents available on that page.

How to apply for the 2026 IFAP TAE competition

  1. Go to the IFAP Selection System and locate Concurso TAE 2026.
  2. Select Realizar Inscrição. The official system provides access through a gov.br account.
  3. Choose the position, level and vacancy profile and check the initial work location before confirming.
  4. Complete the electronic form and review all information. The notice requires a CPF number and a photo identification document.
  5. Pay the application fee using the options provided by the system. The opening notice provides for payment by PIX or credit card and states that the application is completed after payment confirmation.
  6. Keep the receipt and monitor the status in the applicant area. If payment does not appear as confirmed during validation, the notice instructs the applicant to send the payment receipt to concurso.tecnico@ifap.edu.br within the applicable deadline.

The notice also states that an applicant may have only one valid application per level, D or E. If there is more than one paid or fee-exempt application for the same level, the application with the highest number will be validated. The vacancy profile may be changed until the final day of the application period, according to the notice.

Fees and fee waiver

The fee is R$ 90.00 for level D positions and R$ 120.00 for level E positions. The payment deadline is October 30, one day after applications close.

Under the opening notice, a fee waiver is available to applicants from families registered in CadÚnico with monthly per capita family income of up to half the national minimum wage and to bone marrow donors registered with entities recognized by the Ministry of Health. The request must be submitted through the IFAP system during the period set out in the schedule. Because the competition has rectifications, applicants should check the latest documents before submitting a waiver request.
