The selection process offers 400 immediate openings and 400 places on the reserve list. The comparison shows that completed stages were not reopened. The call-up moved from September 16 to September 17, and the general document and registration window moved from September 16 to 25 to September 17 to 26. Admission remains scheduled for October 1. The call-up is now scheduled for September 17
The new publication date for the call-up is September 17, 2026. The original notice states that candidates must be called in final ranking order, subject to the availability of openings and the needs of the municipal administration. It also states that call-ups are published on the program's official portal.
Candidates should therefore not rely only on messages received through other channels. The official publication is the main reference. On September 17, candidates should open the portal, check the published list and read the instructions linked to their name or ranking.
The general document window runs from September 17 to 26, but there is an important individual deadline
The revised schedule sets September 17 to 26 as the general period for document submission and registration. However, item 6.4 of the notice contains a more specific rule: a called candidate must submit the required documents through the link provided on the official portal within a maximum of two business days from receipt of the call-up.
For that reason, September 26 should not automatically be treated as every candidate's personal deadline. A called candidate needs to note when the call-up was received and comply with the two-business-day limit in the notice. Failure to respond to the call-up, express withdrawal or failure to submit the documents on time may lead to disqualification and the calling of the next candidate on the reserve list.
Documents listed in the notice
Annex III of Notice No. 07/2026 lists the mandatory documents for called candidates. They include:
- a copy of an RG identity document containing the CPF number, or a CNH driver's license;
- proof of CPF registration status;
- a declaration of availability;
- a declaration stating that the candidate does not hold public positions, jobs or functions;
- proof of residence issued within the previous three months;
- voter registration card for candidates over 18;
- military service certificate for male candidates over 18;
- school enrollment declaration showing class times;
- school transcript;
- physical work card or a printout of the digital CTPS;
- PIS registration;
- the legal guardian's current income proof for the previous three months;
- the legal guardian's personal document containing CPF for candidates under 18;
- one 3x4 cm photo;
- CadÚnico registration printout, when applicable;
- medical report for candidates covered by the disability quota, when applicable;
- proof of a bank account held in the candidate's own name.

Admission remains scheduled for October 1
Contract signing and admission remain scheduled for October 1, 2026. The revision did not change this date. The notice makes clear, however, that hiring depends on meeting the requirements, the availability of openings, the needs of the municipal administration and satisfactory completion of the admission steps.
Being ranked does not by itself guarantee hiring. The candidate must respond to the call-up, prove the information declared during the process and complete the required procedures before signing the contract.
How to follow the next steps without missing a deadline
- From September 17 onward, check the official program portal for the call-up.
- If your name appears on the list, read the instructions immediately and identify the specific document-upload link.
- Count the individual two-business-day deadline from receipt of the call-up, as required by item 6.4 of the notice.
- Use Annex III as a checklist and prepare conditional documents, such as a medical report or documents required for candidates over 18, whenever applicable.
- After submitting the documents, keep monitoring the portal through the contract-signing stage scheduled for October 1.
