Participants in Brazil's 2026 National Teacher Examination, known as PND, in União da Vitória, Paraná, should check their Registration Confirmation Card again before leaving for the test on Sunday, September 20. Inep changed two test sites in the municipality and advised all local candidates to verify the updated information in the PND System.
The change directly affects candidates who were originally assigned to Colégio Estadual Astolpho Macedo de Souza and Colégio Estadual Túlio de França. Both facilities were made available to shelter residents affected by recent weather events in the region.
Which PND 2026 test sites changed in União da Vitória
| Original site | New site | Address provided by Inep |
|---|---|---|
| Colégio Estadual Astolpho Macedo de Souza, São Basílio Magno neighborhood | Escola Municipal Hilda Romanzini de Melo | Praça Coronel Amazonas, 100, Centro |
| Colégio Estadual Túlio de França, Ponte Nova neighborhood | Universidade Estadual do Paraná, Unespar, União da Vitória campus | Praça Coronel Amazonas, Centro |
Inep officially announced the reassignment on September 18. The change applies to the September 20, 2026 test administration.
Who needs to check the confirmation card
Candidates originally assigned to the two schools listed above are directly affected. Even so, Inep recommends that all PND participants in União da Vitória check the card again because it is the individual reference for the valid test address.
- Go to the PND System.
- Sign in with the credentials required by the platform.
- Open the Registration Confirmation Card.
- Check the test site name, address and schedule before starting your trip.
Anyone who saved or printed an earlier version of the card should compare it with the version currently available in the system. For reassigned participants, the old address should not be used as a reference.
Official PND 2026 schedule for Sunday
The test follows Brasília official time. In União da Vitória, candidates should use the following schedule:
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Gates open | 12:00 p.m. |
| Gates close | 1:00 p.m. |
| Test begins | 1:30 p.m. |
| Test ends | 7:00 p.m. |
The gates close at 1:00 p.m. The address change therefore makes route planning and early arrival especially important for candidates who had planned their trip to one of the original sites.
What to bring to the test
- Official photo ID: it may be physical or digital. A digital document must be shown through the official Gov.br app.
- Black ballpoint pen: the pen body must be transparent.
The Registration Confirmation Card is the main reference for the test site and application details. Candidates should check it before leaving home to reduce the risk of going to the previous address.
Why the two sites were changed
According to Inep, Colégio Estadual Astolpho Macedo de Souza and Colégio Estadual Túlio de França had to be made available to shelter people affected by recent weather events in União da Vitória. The tests scheduled at those buildings were therefore moved to Escola Municipal Hilda Romanzini de Melo and the local Unespar campus.
How to avoid problems caused by the address change
- Check the card in the PND System on the day of the test.
- Confirm the full name of the new site and its address.
- Plan the trip using the updated address, not an old screenshot.
- Allow extra time for traffic, parking or public transportation.
- Arrive before 1:00 p.m., the official gate closing time.
What happens after the test
The official schedule provides for the release of the test booklets, the scoring guide for the written question, the preliminary answer keys for the objective questions and the expected response for the written question on September 24. The final PND 2026 result is scheduled for December 15.
Information on the changed locations was published by Inep in its notice about the PND administration in Paraná. The schedule, identification rules and permitted writing material are listed in the official PND 2026 guidance.
