Quentro: have your ticket ready before you leave
Online tickets are digital and must be accessed through the Quentro app. The event-specific guidance says to activate the ticket in the app and sign in with the email associated with the purchase. Ticketmaster also recommends setting up the app in advance.
- Open your Ticketmaster account and confirm the correct order.
- Make sure the ticket is already visible in Quentro before leaving home.
- An internet connection is required the first time you access the ticket in the app; once stored, it can be viewed again without an active connection.
- Show the ticket directly in the app. The QR code is dynamic, so screenshots and printouts will not work.
- If a transfer was made, check that the ticket is in the Quentro account of the person who will actually enter.

Age rating: who can enter without an adult
The announced age rating is 16. People aged 16 or older may enter unaccompanied. Minors aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied according to the event's official rules, and Suhai Music Hall states that children under 5 are not admitted.
The venue also provides, in its official FAQ, an authorization form for situations in which an adult over 18 accompanies a minor. Because the show-specific page uses the wording “parents or legal guardians,” anyone outside that situation should confirm directly with the venue which document will be accepted before traveling to the show.
Half-price tickets: bring the required proof
If you purchased a Brazilian half-price ticket, you must present the supporting eligibility document at the event entrance. The Quentro ticket does not replace that proof. Check that the document is valid, legible and matches the benefit used at purchase.
For VIP packages, the half-price benefit applies only to the ticket component that grants admission to the show. The statutory discount does not automatically apply to the additional VIP-service portion, as Ticketmaster explains on the event page.
VIP: check what the upgrade includes — and what it does not
The Here All Night Early Entry Upgrade is listed on both event pages at R$ 2,035. The key point is that the standalone upgrade does not include a show ticket: a valid ticket is still required. It also does not include participation by or a meeting with Demi Lovato.
Advertised benefits include early entry, an official VIP credential with QR code, an exclusive item, early access to the merchandise store, a photo opportunity in front of the VIP backdrop and dedicated VIP check-in. VIP package tickets are listed as non-transferable.
The event page describes dedicated VIP check-in but does not publish a specific check-in time there. If you have a package or upgrade, review your emails, order details and official channels before leaving so you do not miss the early-entry window.
One entry per ticket: once you leave, you cannot return
Ticketmaster explicitly states that each ticket allows one entry only. Once you leave the event area, you cannot re-enter with the same ticket. Plan food, permitted medication, documents and personal needs before going through the turnstile.
Suhai Music Hall also says that a ticket is valid only for the section purchased; changing sections during the event is not allowed.
What not to bring to Suhai Music Hall
The venue publishes its own list of prohibited items. Common items that can cause problems at security include:

- tripods, selfie sticks, drones and laser pointers;

- bags, backpacks or luggage larger than 30 x 15 x 20 cm;

- aerosols, perfumes and cosmetics over 90 ml;
- vapes, fireworks, flares and objects that could cause injury.

Getting there and planning the trip home
Suhai Music Hall is inside Shopping SP Market in Jurubatuba. The venue says Jurubatuba station on Line 9–Esmeralda is close by. Drivers can use the shopping center's parking facilities.
Because the show is scheduled for 9:00 p.m., plan the return trip around the actual end time, the crowd leaving the venue and the transport options operating at that hour. Do not rely only on the planned schedule: check for operational changes on the day.
