Gnarls Barkley has announced the To Whom It Still Concerns tour, a nine-show North American run scheduled from November 5 through November 28, 2026. The itinerary includes eight U.S. cities and one date in Toronto, Canada. General onsale begins September 24 at 10 a.m. local venue time, following presale windows that start on September 21.
According to the official Live Nation announcement, this will be the duo's first tour in 18 years. The run follows the release of Atlanta, which Live Nation describes as the project's third and final album.

Presale and general onsale schedule
| Date | Sale window | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| September 21, 10 a.m. local | Citi Cardmember Presale | Presale for eligible Citi cardmembers. Ticketmaster event pages show access beginning at 10 a.m. local time and, in several markets, ending September 22 at 10 p.m. local time. |
| September 21, 10 a.m. local | Reserved by Spotify | Available only to eligible Spotify Premium fans. The stated limit for this window is two tickets, and not every date or seat is necessarily included. |
| September 23, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local | Artist Presale | Advance registration is required. Sign-up closes September 20 at 10 p.m. ET. Ticketmaster lists a limit of up to six tickets during the presale. |
| September 24, 10 a.m. local | General onsale | Live Nation's announced public onsale time, based on the local time of each city. |
The official Ticketmaster guide for the tour says availability can differ between presales. Individual event pages may also display additional windows, including VIP package offers or Live Nation related presales. The schedule shown on the selected event page should therefore be treated as the final reference for that market.
How to join the Artist Presale
Fans who want the Artist Presale must register by September 20, 2026 at 10 p.m. ET through the sign-up page linked by Live Nation. Access is tied to the user's account, so a traditional presale code is not required. Ticketmaster says it will send a link by email and, when available, by text before the selected presale window.
Some sign-ups may require a security check, such as a selfie and, less commonly, an identity document check through a verification service. Ticketmaster presents this as a measure to limit suspicious activity during presale registration.
Who can use Citi and Reserved by Spotify
The Citi presale depends on eligibility under the card issuer's program. On U.S. event pages, Ticketmaster instructs buyers to use the first six digits of an eligible Citi card to unlock the offer and to complete the purchase with the corresponding card.
Reserved by Spotify is not open to every subscriber. Spotify identifies eligible fans using engagement signals and sends the offer directly. For this tour, Ticketmaster's specific guide describes the window as potentially available to eligible Spotify Premium subscribers in the United States and sets a two-ticket limit. The general Reserved by Spotify guide notes that eligible dates, seating and window length vary by campaign.
What can vary by city
- Time zone: sales are listed in local venue time, so 10 a.m. does not occur at the same moment in every city.
- Additional presales: some dates may have Live Nation, VIP or partner-specific windows.
- Ticket inventory and types: availability can change between presales and the general onsale.
- Venue rules: accessibility, mobile entry, limits and local policies should be checked on the event page.
Where to buy
Live Nation directs the general onsale through its ticketing network. The clearest way to find the correct show is to open the official event list, choose the city and follow the event link to the responsible ticketing platform. Anyone planning to use a presale should confirm eligibility before the window opens and check the local time for the selected city.
