São Paulo TEIAs in September: free courses by theme, unit and how to register

The September schedule for São Paulo's TEIA network brings together free activities on entrepreneurship, sales, technology, finance, the creative economy, income generation, networking and personal development across different parts of the city. According to the Municipal Department of Economic Development and Labor, registration is handled through the Ade Sampa platform and depends on seat availability for each activity.

This guide prioritizes activities scheduled from September 4 onward and removes from the selection events whose stated registration deadlines had already ended by September 2. The municipal schedule may change or fill up, so check the platform before traveling to a unit.

How to register for TEIA courses and activities

1. Open the Ade Sampa platform.
2. Search for the activity name or the TEIA unit shown in the table.
3. Check the date, time, location, requirements and available seats.
4. Register by the deadline shown for the event. When the official notice does not provide a specific deadline, the table uses “check availability”.

The schedule published by the City of São Paulo states that the activities are free. An open registration window does not guarantee a seat; confirmation should be checked in the event listing.

What themes are available

Technology and digital presence: options include AI for business, digital marketing, paid traffic, video editing, Google visibility, Canva and AI applied to communication and productivity.

Sales, management and finance: the schedule includes pricing, sales consistency, neurosales, small-business management, financial education and leadership development.

Income generation and practical skills: workshops in crafts, food, braiding, horticulture and household repairs appear alongside content on turning skills into income.

Well-being and personal development: some units address emotional health, mental health and the challenges faced by entrepreneurs.

Networking: there are meetings designed for entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur exchange, new connections and discussions on pricing and business opportunities.

Fábrica de Negócios is also on the schedule

The official calendar also includes Fábrica de Negócios, an Ade Sampa initiative focused on structuring and developing businesses through planning, management, marketing, sales and business-model content. In September, the notice lists sessions at TEIA Interlagos on September 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and at TEIA Itaquera between September 9 and 28, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Because the notice does not state a registration deadline for these two tracks, check availability directly on the platform.

How to choose an activity without missing the deadline

• If your priority is technology, look for AI, digital marketing, video, Google and paid-traffic activities.
• If you want to improve sales, filter for pricing, sales, leadership and management.
• For practical income generation, consider crafts, beauty, food and repair workshops.
• If two options are similar, favor the more accessible unit and the event whose registration page still shows available seats.
